Aroma & Colour This salt is completely odourless and has a bright white, sparkling colour. The purity of the crystals is immediately visible and bears witness to the natural drying process in the open air.

Taste A balanced, mild saltiness. Thanks to the natural minerals, the flavour is rounder and softer than that of standard table salt. The grain dissolves just a little more slowly, so the tasting experience lasts longer.

Texture An even, medium-coarse grain (1,0 - 1,6 mm). This texture gives a fine bite when sprinkled over meat or salads, but is also fine enough to dissolve quickly in sauces and soups.
