Reflection Period & Term

After the delivery of your order, you have a legal 14 days to decide whether you want to keep it (the right of withdrawal).

  • Register your return within this period by sending an email to info@brouwhoeve.com.

  • After this notification, you will have another 14 days to actually return the products to us.

Important conditions

To qualify for a full refund, the following rules apply:

  • The item must be completely unopened, undamaged, and in its original, unused condition and packaging.

  • Excluded from return: Opened bottles, bottles with a broken seal, and perishable delicacies cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

How can you return?

You can return your order to us in two ways:

    Tip: We recommend sending your return shipment with a Track & Trace code, as you are responsible for its arrival.

  2. Free drop-off in the store You can also drop off the products for free at our physical liquor store in Middelharnis. In that case, do not forget to bring your purchase invoice or order confirmation.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked the returned items in good order, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days back. This will always be done via the payment method you originally used to place the order.
