100% Ibérico Jamón the Bellota (Hand-sliced) The summum of the Spanish hammen. Thanks to the natural feeding and vrije uitloop has this ham an exceptional complexity with nutty aromas and a velvety texture. Hand-sliced to the delicate structure and the whole tasting experience optimaal to store.

Mediterranean Lager & Märzen Beer A duo of brewing craft. The Lager offers a dark, golden-yellow freshness that does denken on the Spanish kust, whilst the Märzen beer with its rich copper colour and full-malted flavour provides a warm, deep beleving.

Olives on the way of the Pampa Fleshy green olives, marinated according to a red wine recept geïnspireerd on the uitgestrekte Pampa's. The kruidenmix gives the olives a savoury and stonetig character that uitstekend standhoudt tegenover the rich flavours of the ham and the beer.

Suikerpinda's traditional gebrande peanuts with a goudbruin suikerlaagje. They offer a bevredigende crunch and a sweet counterpoint for the savoury and Salte elementen in this package, which provides a dynamisch Flavourspel.


Serving advice for Valentine's Day

  • The Ham: Haal the Bellota ham at least 45 minutes for consumptie from the fridge. Serve the slices on a bord that light is opgewarmd; zodra the fat glanst, is the flavour on is hoogtepunt.

  • The beers: Serve the Lager well chilled (circa 5-7 degrees) as aperitif. Schakel about to the Märzen beer (circa 8-10 degrees) zodra the ham and the olives to the table come.

  • Moment: Ideal for an extensive drinks on the bank or as luxury starter during a home-cooked Valentine's Daydiner.
