Shipping Costs (B2C)
Free delivery for an order value of €75 or more.
For orders under €75, we charge a fixed shipping fee of €8.95.
These rates apply per order with a destination within the Netherlands.
Delivery Time
We consciously do not make hard promises like “ordered before 4:00 PM, delivered tomorrow.” However, we do everything possible to ship your package as soon as possible, usually within a few working days after payment. The final delivery time depends on current demand, stock status, and the courier service.
As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation immediately, including a Track & Trace link to follow your shipment.
Free pickup in the store
Would you prefer to pick up your products yourself? That's no problem.
Simply select the option “Pick up in store” during checkout in the webshop.
There are of course never any costs associated with this service.
We will send you a message with the exact pickup information (such as the address, opening hours, and further details) as soon as your order is ready for you.
