Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of tropical fruit such as mango and lychee, beautifully complemented by aromas of grapefruit, freshly cut grass and the characteristic resinous nose of American hops that pleasantly stimulates the senses.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, vibrant and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of mild malt sweetness and lively, citrus-like bitterness emerge, with a striking balance between hop resin and a vibrant, dry body. The purity of the brewing process supports the richness beautifully, allowing the bitter nuances to linger long and harmoniously.

Finish A long, crystal-clear finish. The bitter and fruity notes slowly fade away and make room for a clean memory of the Spanish coast and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Glass: Preferably serve in a tulip-shaped glass or a dedicated IPA glass to concentrate the vibrant aromas.

• Temperature: The ideal serving temperature is between 6°C and 8°C. Do not serve too cold, so the complex hop oils remain vibrant.

• Gastronomy: Outstanding with spicy dishes (Asian or Mexican), blue cheeses or a firm burger with our Ibérico Panceta.

• Moment: Perfect as refreshment after an active day or as a lively companion to a generous BBQ.
