For the necessary variety and bite, you will find our Mustard with tarragon, a refined aroma that combines excellently with a piece of cheese or sausage on the board. The Peanuts XXL provide the ultimate savoury crunch to accompany every sip of the speciality beer. Imperial Stout Beer A majestueus dark beer with a rich, creamy schuimkraag. The flavour is gelaagd with duidelijke hints of gebrande malt and dark chocolate. The warminge finish makes this beer to it perfect metgezel for a long evening full sterke verbring.

Ibérico Jamón Cebo de Campo (Hand-sliced) This ham is from of scharrelpigs that on the Spanish dehesa have geleefd. The handmatige snijway provides flinterthin slices that letterlijk melt on the tongue, in which the rich flavours of the veld and the aging kristalhelder to voren come.

Black Olives Master from Cáceres authentic black olives from the Extremadura-region. They are soft, full of flavour and have a natural oily sheen. an olive for the food lover that loves an authentic, unprocessed tasting experience.

peanuts XXL & Mustard with Dragon our extra grote peanuts is goudbruin roasted and light salted for the maximum tasting experience. The mustard with dragon adds a unique, anise-like freshness toe on the savoury bites, which provides a surprising and modern accent on the Charcuterie board.


Serving advice for the Birthday

  • The Presentation: Take the Ibérico ham at least a half uur for the serve from its packaging and arrange the slices loosely on a plate. The fat is then soft and the flavour is at its best.

  • The Beer: Serve the Imperial Stout on a temperature of circa 10-12 degrees. A tulpvormig glass helpt to the aromas of gebrande granen good on to vangen.
