Flavor & character

Texture: Compact but uiterst smooth. The cheese voelt fluweelzacht on in the mond and has a beautifullye, egale white color.

• Serve the schapenkaas on room temperature (19°C - 21°C) to the creamy fats and the light sweetness optimaal experience.

• This cheese comes fantastisch for its recht on a luxury kaasplank, vergezeld or what verse grapes, gedroogde abrikozen of a mild flowershoning.

Drink pairing

• Beer: A beautifullye match with onze ALTHAIA Mediterranean Lager. The light moutigheid of the beer shows the subtle sweetness of the schapenkaas schitteren without this te overstemmen.

• Wine: Combineer with a droge, fruity white wine such as a Pinot Grigio of a fresh Chardonnay without houtrijping. The freshness of the wine forms a beautiful contrast with the rich schapenmilk.
