Care To keep the shine of the steel and the quality of the handle at their best, we recommend washing the cheese slicer by hand in warm water with a mild soapy solution. If the slicer is dishwasher-safe (depending on the specific model with wooden or plastic handle), we still recommend hand-washing to keep the cutting blade perfectly sharp.
