In the historic factory of Marcos Tonda, where the family tradition since 1793 standkeept, is white chocolate with just as much respect treated as the darkest varieties. The secret of the "Gourmet Boama" white lies in the quality of the cocoa butter. By using only the purest butter using and this pairing with high-quality milk extracts, it creates a chocolate that is not only sweet, but also a deep, layered flavour has.

At Brouwhoeve, we appreciate this white chocolate for its honest character. No excess sugar that the taste buds dull them, but a subtle interplay of creamy textures and a hint of vanilla that slowly melts away on the tongue. It is the perfect chocolate for those who enjoy soft flavours, but still expects the quality of an authentic Spanish maestro chocolatero expects. The bar shines beautifully and has a clean snap, clear proof of a superior tempering process.

Flavour & character

Aroma: An inviting, hot aroma of fresh cream, sweetened milk and a delicate undertone of natural vanilla.

Flavour: Sumptuous, full and buttery. The sweetness is harmonious and is accompanied by rich dairy notes that recall artisan-made cream pâtissière.

Texture: Extremely silky-smooth and melting. The chocolate feels velvety on in the mouth and leaves a pleasant, creamy coating without becoming sticky.

The ultimate moment of enjoytheyt

  • Serve the chocolate lightly chilled of at cream temperature (18°C - 20°C). In a iets coolre omgeving remains the snap firm, while the flavour on contact with the mouth immediately opens up.
