Brouwhoeve ¨La Virgen¨: Pure craftsmanship, verantwoord enjoy

In the historic chocolate town Villajoyosa beheerst the Tonda family since 1793 the art of the chocolato make. For this sugar-free variant is hetzelfde artisan process followed as at their traditional repen. Flavour & character

Aroma: A rich bouquet of dark cocoa and hot, roasted nuts with a hint earthyheid.

Flavour: Intense and full-bodied. The dark chocolate offers a pleasant bitterness that beautifully is opgevangen by the mild, creamy flavour of the almonds. The finish is schoon and bevredigend.

Texture: A firm, rustic beet. The silky-smooth smelting of the dark chocolate forms a sensationeel contrast with the grote, brosse almonds in the bar.
