This handmade bar combines the world-famous "Dubai-style" filling with the superior Spanish chocolate from Villajoyosa. A thick bar of creamy milk chocolate, generously filled with a irresistible mixture of knapperige, golden-brown pastryken kadayıf (engelenhaar) and silky-smooth pistachiocream. At Chocolates Marcos Tonda, where they have, since 1793 the finest cocoa process, they have the global Dubai-chocoladetrend to a higher plan getild. Where many varieties focussen on only the visual aspect, chooses Marcos Tonda for the highest quality ingredients. The base is their karakterwhole milk chocolate, that the perfect "knak" gives at every beet.

The filling is where the magic écht gebeurt. The kadayıf is artisan-roasted in butter until it has the perfect golden-yellow colour and maximum crispness. This is gemixd with an intensee cream of 100% geselecteerde pistachios. Marcos Tonda Dubai Chocolate means choosing the perfect crunch: a bold combination of Middle Eastern flavours and Spanish chocolate mastery.

Flavour & character

Aroma: A verleidelijke nose of fresh milk chocolate, deeply roasted pistachios and a hot, butterye undertone of the pastryken doughflesjes.

Flavour: An explosion of flavours. It begins with the familiar sweetness of milk chocolate, followed by the savoury, nutty richness of the pistachio. The roasted kadayıf addt a unique, bijna caramelised touch in that the experience compleet makes.

 * 50% Pistachecream and Kadaifi: PISTACHIOpasta (34%), white chocolate [sugar, cocoa butter, full MILKpowder, Lactose (MILK), skimmed MILKpowder, emulsifieren: lecithinen and natural vanilla-aroma], kadaifipasta (22%) [WHEATflower, water, WHEATzetmeel, salt, emulsifier: Soylecithine, geraffineerde zonneflouroil, preservative (potassium sorbate)], completely gehard plant-based fat (palmstone), pasta of gepeld and geroosterd sesamezaad, emulsifieren (E-476, E-492), colouring (E-141(i)), salt and aroma. At least 30% in the milk chocolate.

50% Milk Chocolate: sugar, cocoa butter, full MILKpowder, cacaomassa, whey powder (MILK), anhydrous MILKfat, emulsifier (Soylecithine) and vanilla-aroma.
