Aroma A fresh and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of fresh orange and grapefruit, beautifully complemented by aromas of crushed mint leaves, a hint of honey and the characteristic warm note of red rooibos that pleasantly stimulates the nose.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, rounded and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of mild earthy notes and lively citrus fruits emerge, with a striking balance between sweet orange and the cooling structure of mint. The purity of the rooibos supports the richness beautifully, while the grapefruit nuances linger long and harmoniously for a clean finish.

Finish A medium-long, crystal-clear finish. The fresh mint notes slowly fade and make way for a clean memory of citrus groves and a refined, silky finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Water temperature: Use water at 100°C for optimal extraction of the rooibos and citrus fruits.

• Infusion method: Allow the tea to brew for 5 to 7 minutes. Unlike black tea, rooibos does not become bitter with a longer infusion.

• Moment: Ideal in the evening because it is naturally caffeine-free, but also a lively start to the day.

• Iced Tea: This blend is especially suitable for cold extraction (cold brew) with a slice of fresh orange for a lively thirst-quencher.

• Characteristic: Loose rooibos; contains orange peel and mint; rich in antioxidants; caffeine-free.
