Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, beautifully complemented by aromas of tropical fruit, freshly cut grass and the characteristic resinous nose of hops that pleasantly stimulates the senses.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, vibrant and surprisingly full for an alcohol-low beer. On the palate, layers of mild malt and lively hop bitterness emerge, with a striking balance between the fruity opening and a vibrant, dry finish. The purity of the water from the Alicante region supports the richness beautifully.

Finish A medium-long, crystal-clear finish. The bitter notes slowly fade away and make room for a clean memory of the Mediterranean coast and a refined, silky-smooth finish.
