Use & storage advice

Use: Thanks to its robust profile and high stability, this Picual olive oil is especially suitable for dishes with strong flavours. It is delicious over grilled red meat, with aged cheeses, in hearty stews or over a salad with bitter leaves such as rocket. It also comes fully into its own at breakfast on a hearty slice of bread with tomato.

Storage advice: Store in a cool, dark place. The dark bottle is essential for protecting the high concentration of antioxidants from light. Close the bottle securely after each use to prevent oxidation.
