Use & storage advice

Use: This salt is very versatile. Thanks to its grain size, it is exceptionally suitable for sprinkling directly over meat, fish and vegetables for a crisp bite, or for use in a salt mill. In addition, because of its purity and colour, this salt is also often used in wellness applications, such as bath salts or scrubs.

Storage advice: Store dry and well sealed. Salt is hygroscopic (attracts moisture); because no anti-caking agents have been added, the salt may clump in humid conditions. The quality, however, remains unchanged.
