Aroma A fresh and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of fresh jasmine flowers and young tea leaves, beautifully complemented by aromas of white lilies, a hint of musk and the characteristic intoxicating note of a Chinese tea garden that pleasantly stimulates the nose.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, delicate and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of mild vegetal notes and a refined floral experience emerge, with a striking balance between the lightly grassy tea and the aromatic structure of jasmine. The purity of the Superior quality supports the richness beautifully, while the blossom nuances linger long and harmoniously for a clean finish.

Finish A medium-long, crystal-clear finish. The floral jasmine tones slowly fade and make way for a clean memory of spring and a refined, silky finish without astringency.

Serving tips & pairings

• Water temperature: Use water at 75°C to 80°C. Water that is too hot can burn the delicate green tea leaves and make them bitter.

• Infusion method: Allow the tea to brew for 2 to 3 minutes for the perfect balance between tea and aroma.

• Moment: An excellent companion at lunch or as a refreshing tea in the afternoon.

• Gastronomy: Pairs beautifully with Asian dishes, light fish dishes or mild cheeses such as young goat’s cheese.

• Characteristic: Loose green tea; naturally flavoured; rich in polyphenols; contains a mild amount of theine.
