  • Water temperature: Use water at 100°C to open up the full essence of the spices and tea.

  • Infusion method: Allow the tea to brew for 3 to 5 minutes. For an extra strong base, you can allow the tea to infuse for longer.

  • Traditional preparation: Simmer the loose tea in a mixture of water and whole milk (or oat milk) and add cane sugar or honey to taste for a lively chai latte.
