Taste The experience begins with the pleasant bitterness of the outer cocoa layer, that immediately gives way to the rich, creamy sweetness of the ganache. The flavour is full-bodied and remains long-lasting and prettig hangen on the palate.

Texture A beautifully togetherspel of textures: the powdery layer on the outside gives way to a centre that zo soft is that this directly melts at contact with the mouth.

Serving tips & pairings

The perfect moment

• Serve the truffles at cream temperature (18°C - 20°C). Hierdoor is the ganache on its zachtst and come the complex aromas of the cocoa the best to their recht.

• Presenteer they on a beautiful bowl alongside a fresh espresso of a geurige cup Granada I Jasmijn tea.

Drink pairing

• Beer: A surprising and phenomenal match with our ALTHAIA Sirocco (Barley Wine). The complex, sweet and malty notes of the Barley Wine enhance the deep chocolate flavour of the truffle.

• Wine & Liqueur: Uitstekend at a glass Pedro Ximénez sherry, a aged Port of a glaasje classic Spanish Brandy.
