Aroma A complex bouquet in which subtle hints of red fruit, such as wild strawberries, come together with the aroma of white blossom and a hint of brioche. The nose is rich and inviting, elegantly revealing the blue grape origin.

Taste The first impression on the palate is powerful and well defined. You experience a full structure with a creamy mousse, in which the fruity elements of the Monastrell are supported by pleasant savouriness and a firm backbone.

Finish A long and balanced finish. The wine leaves an impression of ripe fruit and refined minerality, with a pure finish that invites the next glass.

Serving tips & pairings

• Temperature: For an ideal balance between the body and the effervescence, serve this wine preferably between 6°C and 8°C.

• Glassware: Use a generous tulip-shaped glass to allow the layered aromas to come fully into their own.

• Gastronomy: Thanks to its present structure, this is an excellent partner for richer fish dishes, poultry or an authentic Spanish rice dish.

• Moment: An excellent choice for a gastronomic dinner or as a luxury companion to a platter with aged cheeses and Iberian specialities.
