Finish A beautifully pure and dry finish. The memory of white fruit remains present in the background, guided by a pleasant, uplifting acidity that gives a clean finish.

• Temperature: For the best tasting experience, this wine should be served very cold, preferably between 5°C and 7°C.

• Glassware: Use a generous champagne glass or a narrow white wine glass to give the aromas room while preserving the bubbles.
