Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of freshly roasted coffee and dark chocolate (80% cocoa), beautifully complemented by aromas of liquorice, vanilla and the characteristic earthy nose of dark malts that pleasantly stimulates the senses.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, full and extremely balanced. On the palate, layers of intense umami and lively, oil-like sweetness emerge, with a striking balance between the bitter roasted aromas and a vibrant, creamy body. The purity of the brewing process supports the richness beautifully, allowing notes of molasses and red fruit to linger for a long time.

Finish An exceptionally long, crystal-clear finish. The savoury and warming notes slowly fade away and make room for a clean memory of pure luxury and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Glass: Serve in a generous chalice glass or a snifter. This increases the surface area, allowing the vibrant aromas of the Stout to come fully into bloom.

• Temperature: Very important! Do not serve too cold. The ideal temperature is between 10°C and 12°C. At this temperature, the mouthfeel becomes truly silky-smooth.

• Gastronomy: A sublime partner for blue-veined cheeses, dark chocolate desserts or as a lively companion to our Ibérico Morcilla.

• Moment: The ultimate tasting beer by the fireplace or as the finish to an elaborate gastronomic dinner.
