Aroma A rich and enticing bouquet. Immediately recognisable are the sparkling notes of caramel and freshly baked bread, beautifully complemented by aromas of dried fruit, a hint of nuts and the characteristic pure nose of roasted malt that pleasantly stimulates the senses.

Taste The mouthfeel is smooth, vibrant and surprisingly structured for an alcohol-low beer. On the palate, layers of mild malt sweetness and a lively, grain-like body emerge, with a striking balance between the sweet opening and a vibrant, dry finish. The purity of the Mediterranean brewing process supports the richness beautifully.

Finish A medium-long, crystal-clear finish. The notes of caramel slowly fade away and make room for a clean memory of Spanish sun and a refined, silky-smooth finish.

Serving tips & pairings

• Glass: Serve in a tulip or chalice glass to present the malt aromas and copper colour at their best.

• Temperature: Serve chilled between 6°C and 8°C. Slightly less cold than a pilsner, so the roasted notes can come forward vividly.

• Gastronomy: Outstanding with grilled meat, mild cheeses or as a lively companion to our Ibérico Lomo de Cebo.
