This bar uses prestigious Boama cocoa, known for its deep and complex character. By adding selected pieces of orange, it creates a tasting experience that is both classic and surprising.

At Brouwhoeve, we appreciate this combination for its liveliness. The 72% dark chocolate provides a full-bodied experience, while the orange prevents the bitterness from taking over. This is a tribute to the local ingredients of the province of Alicante. Every bar is made with passion, with texture and gloss that testify to the artisan tempering process for which Marcos Tonda is praised.

Aroma: An enchanting bouquet of dark chocolate, enriched with the fresh essential oils of fresh orange peel.

Flavour: The first impression is the powerful and rich flavour of 72% cocoa. Fruity and lightly sweet nuances of orange soon follow, giving a fresh kick and beautiful layering on the palate. The finish is long-lasting, aromatic and perfectly balanced between sweet, bitter and fruity.

Texture: The chocolate has a firm snap, while the pieces of candied orange provide a pleasant, soft variation in the bite.

At least 52% cocoa (total product) / The base is 72% dark chocolate.
