Brouwhoeve 85%: The superior power of Boama

In the legendary factory of Marcos Tonda, where they have, since 1793 the finest chocolate of Spain produceert, is the Gourmet Boama line for absolute topquality. The 85% variant is the "grote bstir" of the classic 72% and brings the proever still closer at the rauwe bron of the cacaobean. By the extreem high gehalte on cocoa butter and vaste bestanddelen, forms a Flavour profile that both earthy as refined is.

At Brouwhoeve, we appreciate the honesty of this 85% bar. Despite the high percentage, the chocolate retains a remarkable suppleness, thanks to the long conching process in which the bitter notes are polished to a velvety experience. This is a healthy choice, rich in antioxidants, but above all a gastronomic product that deserves time and attention. This is chocolate for the moments when only the purest form of craftsmanship will do.

Flavour & character

Aroma: A powerful bouquet of roasted coffeebonen, dark tabak and a subtle undertone of gedroogde red fruits and oak.

Flavour: The first impression is robust and dry. Terwijl the chocolate langzaam melts, onthult it complex layers of deep cocoa with a refined, aristocratische bitterness. The finish is phenomenally long, schoon and indrukwekkend powerful.

Texture: A very firm, pure "snap" at the breken. In the mouth feels the chocolate dicht and rich on, with a smooth finish that getuigt of superieur craftsmanship.


Serving tips & pairings

The ultimate moment of enjoytheyt

  • Serve this chocolate at cream temperature (21°C - 23°C). This is cruciaal; at a to lage temperature remain the complex vetacidity of the 85% cocoa "sealed".
