The gastronomic moment of enjoyment

• Serve at room temperature (20°C - 21°C) to allow the oils from the sesame and the aromas of the berries to come fully into their own.

• This chocolate is an excellent finale to a dinner with game dishes or rich salads with goat’s cheese.

Drink pairing

• Beer: A bold but sensational match with a fruity IPA or our ALTHAIA Sirocco (Barley Wine). The hoppy notes of an IPA enhance the blueberry, while the maltiness of the Barley Wine pairs beautifully with the sesame.

• Wine: Fantastic with a glass of chilled red dessert wine or a characterful rosé from the Alicante region.
