Consumption & Storage advice

Store: Store whole hams in a cool and dry place. Remove the protective cover immediately upon receipt.

Serving: Slice the ham into paper-thin slices. Use the first bits of fat that you cut off to cover the cut surface; this keeps the meat tender and prevents drying out.

Temperature: For optimal flavour experience, the ham should be eaten at room temperature (about 22°C).
